I teach yoga and Pilates at a great many sports clubs.I also run Happiness, my own yoga and Pilates school, where I give personal lessons that draw in body massage and seitai.The aim is not to take a pose well, but for the body to feel good.We look for the places that rejoice, wake what has not yet woken, and refresh body and heart together.Let us spend that kind of time, together!
